Believe it or not, she once called in because her live-in boyfriend had been constipated for a week and was going to take a bunch of laxatives and

enemas. I was totally flabbergasted. Finally, I said to her, "it might just be me, but if my husband had been plugged up that long and he was going to try to 'de-clog' himself, home is the Last polace I would want to be. Now, you need to get to work."
She didn't come in. When the doctors asked where she was, they all had the most perplexed looks on their faces when I told them. It was hilarious.
