Anyone heard about this from Best Buy?

Hi Neighbors
Did anybody go to the Best Buy event last night, it was from 7-10pm at the Arlington store, if you were a new customer or an upgrade to a carrier and bought the Samsung Galaxy S4 you got a FREE tablet? If you were one of the people who took advantage of this offer, like my husband, he was in the store for over 2 hrs and when he got home there was no Tablet in the bag. After calling Best Buy there never was any Tablets, they had no stock and are refusing to give us a different Tablet or the correct Tablet when they get stock.
They are claiming that it was well stock lasts, even though there was no stock and it states no-where on the email or their website well stock lasts. I even called the Corporate office and they refuse to give an alternate or the correct Tablet saying the event is now over. If you never had the Tablet there is no event. There were no signs and no mention that they did not have the Tablet at the time my husband upgraded, even when he said he was there for the event.
Let me know if you were also duped by Best Buy as I am going to take this further.
