Is the complete heel turn that Hans did. He went from winning, likeable but too earnest to Gaston levels of evil. It felt like part of a lesser movie.

I would have liked it better if they could have had Anna realize their love wasn't real without him being a murderer. I'm sure there's an easy way for Anna to save Elsa without Hans trying to kill her.
