Still has to be voted on, but technically it's just an agreement on top-line numbers with a few specifics, still need to reach an actual dept by dept

budget agreement.
Plus, while it means less $ money in my paycheck. (Though I'm pleased by the deal overall, as it will likely lead to a few of the MANY vacancies to slowly be filled.
