Also, no Church policies changed on homosexuality, abortion, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I like that the Pope is focusing on the tenet tenet of 'love thy neighbor' but so far what he is done is great PR. Whether he causes a substantive change in the Church will not be measurable for some time.
