no, but to clarify other earlier posts - i think if you hear even a few notes, and can identify it, you're out. i mean, that's the whole point -it's

hard to avoid.
also, if 'just a few seconds' was okay, then everyone could just switch stations/run out of the store/put your fingers in your ears and say lalalalalalala.
if you hear it and know what it is, you're out.
