I agree. We are going to stabilize poorly run companies that should go under and allow them to continue running in an inefficient manner, while

amassing such huge debt as a country that the future of things like Social Security could end up in doubt. Something that is going to be needed more than ever now that everyone's 401 k's have been trashed. I'm not sure why Obama said last night that he was going to halve the deficit during his term, that is going to be thrown in his face constantly during his reelection campaign. There is no way he can start all of these new programs and continue to bail these companies out, while decreasing the deficit. Even if he pulls out of Iraq, it's an off the books budget item.
