Not having people there last time was only a one-off (so far) because of the reaction from other people. And Brandon isn't a factor in the "no quitters" thing as he didn't quit. His tribe forfeited the immunity challenge to vote him out. And he wasn't asked to the reunion because of his obvious instability.
The "no quitters" thing was (I thought) inspired by Naonka and quitter Kelly.
