Your case situation is going to depend on how often and how long you wear them. If you're only wearing them a couple hours a day then you might think about something to carry the case/solution around in, but you also have a purse, right? They have travel sized solution bottles that should fit in there no problem.
If you wear them all day then you'll really only have to worry about taking them out at night, and then you're just keeping the case and solution on your bathroom sink, and occasionally throwing them into your suitcase when you travel.
