Your daughter is in theater and he best friend is Indian. He makes comments about Indians/Asians and gays constantly. She luckily doesn't listen to his crap, but he doesn't realize in the real world (not Hobby lobby world) major companies don't tolerate that. And if she starts, she's never getting a job.
