do you just adjust?

I know this sounds stupid to some but I LOVE books...smell feel and well the worlds they open up.

If I try to do this hoping I can get most of my series I have been collecting for 10-30 years loaded and puchased reasonably. Do you really save much over actually buying a hardback or paperback?
