Given that they tried to rent out rooms and are now asking the exact space price as was paid in 2008, the bank hasn't foreclosed yet.

Records show no change in ownership since the 2008 purchase. These people are floundering, surely upside down, and the bank won't let them sell it for less than they owe the bank.
