The stuttering innocent altar boy is abused by the priest. The altar boy develops an evil split personality. At the end of the movie, the evil split personality takes over completely.

Similar to Norman Bates in Psycho.

It's been a long time since I've seen Primal Fear, so I don't know if this could be correct
