if none of these teams wins late I read it's Houston, St. Louis, Jacksonville, Cleveland, Oakland, Atlanta, Tampa Bay

So that's 6 teams that need in a QB in a draft that has 2 or 3 that might be 2nd tier starters.
Josh McCown must love how this looks... Freeman and even Vick might get a shot somewhere too.
