about the size of my original Kindle Fire. We haven't had any problems, they hooked up to our wireless network seamlessly, and if you've already learned all the little tips and tricks with your regular box there is no learning curve.

One little quibble: I wish they would transfer your upcoming "to be recorded" programs and season pass lis from your old box to your new one.
