So far this trip my pedometer has died, followed by the mini-mouse for my netbook. The pedometer is most likely just a dead battery but

can't replace 'til I get home (may be just as well since I was getting depressed by lack of activity - I don't do well in ice and snow). The mouse was DOA and required a trip to BestBuy for a replacement. Seems that mini-mice are a rare breed these days but this one isn't much bigger than the original.
