Kind of. We did one a few weeks ago at Camp Blanding (my daughter's anual JROTC weekend trip).

The seniors' parents are 'encouraged' to do the dip in the lake at 6 am. Last year it was in the 30's, so it was *cold*. This year (when we actually did it) it was in the 50's so not as bad. I was shivering *a lot* though.
I don't know what the water temp is/was.
