Waste of people's time. Do they really want me or am I just a token interview to get them what they really want.

It's offensive and I will even say racist. I draw that conclusion because you have to look at a person's skin color, get them in with the fake lying that they are a real candidate or most likely they won't come, then as soon as they gut up from the chair you are calling in the person you really are interested in.
