Anyone know if it's possible to use a wifi signal and turn it into a wired connection?

My modem and router are on the main floor but the computer is now upstairs, it's not wireless and it's not possible to run an ethernet wire to it.
Responses:
There are wireless bridge or wireless Ethernet bridge devices that will accomplish what I think you are trying to do -- nm

Perfect, local box store has this and it's fairly cheap. Thanks -- nm

Cheapest solutions would be either USB wifi or Ethernet over the power line -- nm

This is a cool option as well, but I think the bridge will be best to also provide better signal for other wireless products upstairs.
