My mom was thinking of participating yesterday, I'm not sure if she wound up going. That was a fun phone conversation. :)
Me: (teasing) you're going to get sick after being in that cold water!
Her: getting in the cold water doesn't make you sick!
Me: wait...is the woman who bitched every.single.morning of my high school days because I left the house with wet hair actually admitting that it wouldn't have made me sick?!?!?!
