It didn't with Cutler there. Cutler got to play against the same Packers, Lions, Vikings as McCown did. With the Giants thrown in.

Sure, he could take off next year, but after 8 seasons I'm betting on him being more of the same: A top 15 fantasy QB who for whatever reason doesn't win consistently.
