McCown's three best games came against the teams who were 23, 31 and 32 in YPA allowed in 2013.

Cutler vs. GB: 15 of 24 for 226 (9.4 YPA), 2 TDs, 1 INT, Loss
McCown vs. GB: 22 of 41 for 272 (6.6 YPA), 2 TDs, 0 INT, Win
Cutler vs Minnesota: 27 of 38 for 292 (7.7 YPA), 3 TDs, 2 INT, Win
McCown vs Minnesota: 23 of 36 for 355 (9.9 YPA), 2 TDs, 0 INT, Loss
Other than the interceptions, Cutler outplayed McCown against the opponents you mentioned. Detroit was a game where McCown only threw 9 passes for 62 yards so I don't even know why you brought that one up. I also don't know what the fantasy QB part has to do with anything. We're talking about real football.
BTW, the Giants whom you seemed to be indicating you were terrible actually finished 4th in the NFL in YPA allowed.
