Just too boring. I agree that I was on board for the first 2 hours, and then it went downhill beyond belief.
I don't buy the oh drugs take the fun out of life, and that's what the movie shows. I didn't have any opinion on the portrayal of excess/morality etc. I do however have an opinion of how boring it was.
So far, this is one of those movies that I think gets debated at length for the wrong reason. If discussed enough a point may emerge, but to me so far it's grasping at straws.
