If you are a coming into College as a Freshmen now? Going there makes sense. You aren't most likely going to start anywhere else.

in 2 years as you are hitting your peak they are back in the mix of it all.
I will disagree. I thought that place would be a wasteland for a decade and I was wrong. It's rebounding much much faster than I thought it would.
