mostly from reading jonathan wilson's analysis after watching particular games. he only does select ones though, and sometimes it's non premier league stuff. it's also sort of advanced, but there's probably more basic sites out there. (he also wrote a history of soccer tactics called "inverting the pyramid" which is supposed to be great, but I haven't read it). his link roll is great, too--I don't remember what your go to club is, but he has club specific links that might point you in some direction...
