*really, it's a quite tasty bar-shaped cookie with whole grains.

good natural flavor, chewy and a little crunchy at the same time.

for st's ww'ers: it's a little over 2 points. there are 2 other flavors i have yet to try that may be lower.

they've been on the shelves for a few weeks, and there have been sunday newspaper coupons for them; but it was only this week that my local Lucky grocery store had a display where you could buy individual bars for 50 cents each. great way to try 'em.
