Yes this. Pick players you think will likely go on to the next round and so on. There is a bonus structure as follows.

Last year I won with having some Ravens in week one and they kept on winning all the way to the Superbowl.
Week 1 players X1 points
If they win that game those players (if you keep them in your lineup)
Week 2 players from week 1 = X2 points so for example your player gets 6 points for a touchdown? It's scored as 12 points.
If those players make it to week three it's X3 points
At week 4 if you still have players in your lineup from week 1 they are scoring X4 points.
Now if you lose a player in week one to a loss? No worries, you get to replace that player and they start out week 2 with X1 points. They can keep winning and get all the way up to X3 points in the Superbowl.
So the trick is to pick the best players on the teams you think will advance the furthest.
