I really kinda like the Boba Fett story, where many years after Return of th Jedi, Han is going thru something of a mid-life crisis and decides to just take off in the Falcon for a little while, and Fett gets wind of things and follows him. there's a big chase scene and they end up point blank range at each other with weapons drawn ... you know, we can't hold our guns on each other forever ... :)
