In the (10?)+ years I've used Netflix, with over 100 rentals every year, I've only had two discs not arrive from my return. And that was years ago.

And when I reported the problem via the website they spotted me an extra disc-out for the month. I think on top of that I may have once had a disc that was cracked. Three problems ever.


(I've never used Gamefly)
