I presume by UV code that you mean one that is included in the packaging. The answer to that is no.

In order to be eligible, a disc must be from a participating studio (read: not Disney). If you go to the link below, you can search to see if a title is available for digital upgrade.

Now is the time to do it because the 50% off for 10 or more titles deal is scheduled to end on January 30. (www.vudu.com)
