Had a filling replaced this morning. The novocaine is just about worn off & I'm no longer drooling. But there's no way I'm walking to work now.

It's only about a half mile. I could drive but it seems stupid to drive such a short distance. And I'd still have to walk a couple of blocks.

It's -1 (feels like -20). I'm justified in staying home now, right?
