I've also heard that, but can't verify. I do know that I feel like I'm eating more now than I did before - but more of the right things.

I never used to eat breakfast and rarely lunch, now I have oatmeal or eggbeaters around 9:00am, a piece of fruit a couple of hours later, and a tub of yogurt for lunch. Then I don't need so much to eat when I get home at 3:00pm.
