so, LYC (and like I care) ... on facebook a couple of people are upset w/ me because ... wait for it ! ....

they live in south Florida, and posted a thing where the "coldest" couple of days coming up in their forecase is where the hi and low temps for each given day are in the 50s, down from the low 70s and then turning back around going up to highs in the 80s ...

and i *dared* to suggest that it was a hard knock life. yeah, apparently she's pissed because her hubby has an outside job (what exzactly I don't know) and she worries about him suffering from heat exhaustion and stuff. while I can appreciate that, um ... you're telling me that he can't drink water while at work??? and are the bosses such slave-driving assfucks that they can't take appropriate breaks and other precautions when it's humid and hot outside?

and don't you think that this can be dealt with a lot more eagerly than, say, the rest of the country where the high temps are under 20 degrees and below-zero wind chills?

wth?? I'd love to live in a place where, in December and January the *low temps* are only in the 50s and 60s and during the day -- ANY day IN WINTER -- i can basically go outside in shorts and a tee shirt !!

really, ST, am I *that* wrong in saying that she and her husband have a hard knock life ?!!?!?!?
