Here's another excerpt from my book for those not on FB......Paris and Nicky Hilton

It is February 2003. Paris and Nicky Hilton are known as heiresses to the Hilton empire. They are must-have guests at any A-list party. Paris has just turned 21 and has signed on to do a reality show with Nicole Richie; Nicky Hilton is 19 and is designing handbags for Kitson in Beverly Hills. It’s Saturday night and they are both on my schedule.

I pick them up at the Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles. The first stop is in Tustin where four girls eagerly await the limousine to arrive. Tonight is a 21st birthday celebration for Whitney, a friend of the Hilton sisters. Along for the ride are Ashley, Beth, and Courtney……I think of them as the ABC girls to make it easier to remember their names.

We return to the Bonaventure. The ride back to L.A. is a typical limousine party with loud music, girls laughing, and lots of alcohol. Tonight is 3 ½ years BEFORE the wild nights of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton and none of them have had any bad press. I am somewhat honored to be in the company of such well-known socialites. My opinion of them starts to crumble when they exit the hotel with the elegance of a herd of elephants. Their screaming laughter and stumbling draws the attention of everyone in the lobby and motorcourt. Paris is carrying a tablecloth big enough to cover a conference table; I open the trunk and throw it inside. Apparently they decided to take it from one of the ballrooms on a whim.

I don’t see them much during the next 6 hours except to drive them to the next nightclub on their quest but they are clearly falling down drunk and I’m getting concerned. Finally, at 3am they decide to return the birthday girl to her home in Orange County. However, Paris has one more request. ….she wants to go to the Santa Monica pier so she and the birthday girl can go skinny dipping. I suggest that the pier is not safe when everything is closed and instead take them to a side street between Casa Del Mar and Shutters On The Beach restaurant.

Nicky and Ashley are passed out in the limo. Paris and Whitney strip down to their underwear and run to the water. Beth and Courtney exit the limo and start heaving on the sidewalk. I have lost total control and am worried about how the night will end. My instincts tell me to go get the two girls out of the water but I can't leave the limo and the four distressed girls. I open the trunk and retrieve the giant tablecloth. I cut off two large pieces and cover the sleeping girls inside the limo. I rip two smaller pieces and give them to the sick girls to use as towels. Finally, after what seems like hours even though it was only 10 minutes or so, Paris and Whitney come running back to the car naked….underwear no longer in sight. I tear the remaining material into two large pieces and they gladly use them as coverups. Beth and Courtney climb back in and immediately pass out next to Nicky and Ashley. Paris and Whitney are wide awake and continue partying all the way back to Tustin.

When we exit the freeway, Paris spots a Jack-In-The-Box and tells me to pull in and order tacos. She then tells me to pull up so she can pickup the food. There are two young boys working the late shift and they become the focus of Paris’ attention. When the food is brought to the window, Paris stands up in the sunroof and drops the tablecloth for their enjoyment. Butt-naked, she takes the food from the surprised employees and falls back into the car laughing.

We arrive at the birthday girl’s home and she runs inside carrying her clothes. I wake up the other three girls and help them gather their belongings. I return Paris and Nicky to the Bonaventure. Paris immediately exits the car and goes into the hotel while Nicky thanks me and hands me a $500 tip. This was the only real one-on-one conversation I had all night and I am shocked at the difference in maturity level between Nicky and her older sister Paris. Paris clearly has a high level of self-confidence, but she has entitlement issues, a lack of respect for anyone beneath her socio-economic level, and is oblivious to consequences for her actions.

In 2006, the rest of the world would see these traits played out in public.
