Gah! With being on three different insulin medications, it's ridiculous how much I have to eat to keep my blood sugar from falling to low.

My typical breakfast is:
A bowl of corn flakes with 1% milk, a low-fat yogurt, 2 pieces of wheat bread toast with a little butter, and two eggs, scrambled with cheese (with Cholula hot sauce, of course!)
That might not seem like a lot, but for someone who never regularly ate breakfast, it is.
Lunch, which I ate a little more regularly, but often skipped, is a sandwich (wheat bread, chicken or turkey, cheese, etc.), chips, a yogurt, and a glass of 1% milk.
And i'm finding that I have to eat a small snack of like chips or cheez-its leading into lunch and dinner to keep my blood sugar from dipping below 100.
Thankfully, I have a follow-up with my doctor next week, cause I think i'm on too many insulin meds. I just don't think I can keep eating like this every day.
