Ke$ha flat out refuses to perform the song, in a aspect/venue/instance with him. hence why they have two completely different themes to the video.

Ke$ha wrote the song, came up with the music behind hit, and it was supposed to be her new single from an EP. Pitbull had an EP coming out and got her to let him have it, saying it would be Pitbull and Ke$ha, not featuring. Somehow or another he fu*ked her over along with the producers so her cut of the royalties is 5%. She's livid.
