let's remember why this has to be said. People are going "it's cold! Where's your global warming now?" Climate scientists are explaining how it work's normally and how this could change. Suddenly that's mixing up weather and climate? Never mind that when you follow through to Roker's tweet, you have people responding as "so to be clear, humans didn't cause the polar vortex." Who, exactly, said we did?
