You don't travel for a living...and let's face it, your business is not what they're worried about.

The bulk of the business they're concerned about are the business travelers and I'd wager that there are a ton of them out there who are just fine with getting to the hotel, swiping a card in a kiosk and going to their room with no delays.
And room service and mini-bars...few companies let their people use those services anymore on their tab. So, unless those folks want to pay the outrageous room service pricetag...they're likely heading out to a fast food place or going to Wal-mart and getting something to bring back to the room.
The ROI just isn't there for those types of services.
