but please understand that I think that many of these changes are a long time coming. I *lived* in hotels for nine months three years ago

and never touched a phone. I never used PPV. I think that hotels would do well to offer "full service rooms" with these items avail for like elderly people or whatever.
I would gladly pay less for a room without a TV, for instance, because I'm not going to use it.
