state regulators have kept permits to smallish controlled grows...not to say they won't eventually move in as they spend millions to shape the rugulatory process in their favor...probably through financing then pulling the rug out from the grow ops etc

also, mj farming esp greenhousing is more akin to tomato grows and other hydroponic setups
