Yes. The TIME arrow you point to the current time. The colored pegs are moved to the on and off times (probably black=on red=off but you can test)

The wheel will rotate (obviously TIME will be current) and once it passes the peg (you can rotate manually to test) it will click on and then off again

- The pegs are triggers. On some systems the color matters (you can spin past it and it won't do anything) and on some it's just a toggle (on to off or - oblique Jan 10, 15:19
