You don't have to wait until Wednesday to get an update on my condo! Sale!

Apparently a pipe burst in the ceiling on Saturday night. And water flooded into both bedrooms and the en suite bathroom. The building management has written a letter assuring us that they will be financially responsible for any final repairs that need to be done although at this time it appears everything is okay. We haven't seen it yet so I don't know what the ceiling looks like.

I guess I should be happy this didn't happen one week later when would be entirely our problem.

right now they have to take care of it.
