Update -
It's not too bad. The walls (both sides of the common wall between the bedrooms) needs to be repaired, definitely. Which they have agreed to do and repaint (i need to reach them today and see if I can supply my own paint choice). The ceiling looks okay.

The *best* part, really, is that the powder room vanity (which was decrepit and was going to be one of the very first things to be replaced) got a bit wet too. The building management assumed that the warping on the vanity was from this problem (i don't think it was, really, it was in terrible shape before) and they will replace it with the vanity of my choice (from a list). So, that saves us doing that reno!
