STIS: What's the next step in that Net Neutrality case? SCOTUS?

That moronic appeals court clearly has no idea how monopolistic internet service really is and that nearly every point used to overturn the law was wrong. I'm not sure SCOTUS will understand either but I'm hopeful that a better lawyer arguing before them will make the point clear.
We don't really have a choice and this was an awful decision for everyone.
