less awesome now.
i just heard from building management.
1. They will only paint the walls beige. that's the 'original state', and that's what they will restore them to. Even if i give them paint. so stupid. i will just repaint them immediately.
2. They can't start any repairs till they get a second quote, per the insurance company. They don't know when a second contractor will get in... "hopefully soon."
3. The new vanity is from a few selected models like the original fixture. Just so that it is 'functional." It will be horrid, i guarantee it and i will then have to turn around and replace it anyway.
4. They 'don't know exactly' when the work will be done, but they suggest we 'maybe consider waiting' to do our floors. Like that is actually an option.
