As mentioned on FB last night, we talked to the vet yesterday about putting Murphy down. The mystery pain issues are not getting better - and since they can't tell us what the problem is, we're just managing pain rather than fixing anything. We decided that this would be happening soon.

After a not-so-great night last night, we decided that this will be happening tomorrow. Appointment has been scheduled.

I know it needs to be done, it's not fair to Murphy to be in pain, yada yada - and I thought I've held it together for most of today - but I'm pretty devastated right now.

Please just think of us tomorrow. I hope we get through this without a total meltdown.
