I'm usually a big fan of Russell's movies but this one fell so flat for me.

The entire first half was so slow-moving that by the time certain plot points come into play I was completely lost or cared none for what was happening. I just left the theater angry and cheated. I don't see what everyone sees in that movie, he's made better films with The Fighter, Silver Linings Playbook and Three Kings. Hopefully the tide will turn to Gravity's way once Cuaron gets the DGA win. Warner Brothers needs to step up their campaigning on this stat!
