That's all that matters for the suspension...but not in the court of public opinion.

I think it's quite interesting that Selig and Co. knowingly lied to both the arbitrators and 60 Minutes when they said ARod tried to bribe Bosch...when they knew that he, in fact, did not.
So, sure...the arbitrator will agree with Selig, when presented with only half truths that point to the guilt of the accused.
