If he plays in 2014, I don't think they cut him.

He might be a juicing pariah who isn't producing, but he's their pricey, crappy, juicing pariah. What's the upside to paying him for three years and getting none of those three years?
Whereas, if won't be playing in 2014 and they only have to pay him off for the years on the end of the contract (where he continues to get worse and worse), it's a more palatable decision to cut him, suck it up about the money, and move on.
But I really think they keep him if the 2014 an is overturned.
