So State Farm just called me about my homeowner's insurance from my Chicago condo.

I figured they were trying to get me to re-up, but she said that she had gotten the mail forward notice a while ago and asked if I sold or was renting out my place. I told her I sold in April and she said "if you can send us a document with the closing date, we can get you a partial refund on your 2013 policy that you paid in January for the fully year"

oh. money. yay!
